Its Kinta Valley Wind Orchestra annual concert 2011..
Around the World in 80 Minutes..
Well..this is the greatest concert I have performed so far..
I witnessed all the effort and hard work from everyone of us..
On January, Sir Eugene was wondering about the concept and theme for the coming concert..
In his mind..there is something flying pass..he wanted to bring Ipoh people round the world..
He told us his idea..and we were like oh...ya...okay..included me..
We actually don''t have the full concept in his mind..
But he did..he searched for so many great music..
Day by day..Week by week..we have passed so many weeks..
And it was like...OMG...the concert is just next month..
A victory always paid with tears and sweat..
Nothing can be relax without your hard work at the very beginning..
At first..I was very disappoint when not more than 20 people attended the rehearsal..
Thank God that we never give up...especially those 20 people..
I guessed they are the society TOP FANS...so do I..
We had seen his tears dropped..He is tough man..YES HE IS..
That's why I feel like what I am doing is worth for everything..
This year, I was chosen as one of the organizing committee..
As I didn't expect in the beginning..
I am chosen..Its like I get some result with my passed year effort..
I attended the meeting..They all are great people..
Rich and well educated...Polite...everything...
I trying to imitate them...haha...no la...just learn how they behave..
A very great experience after 10 meetings with such a great committee team..
I am in-charge of the tickets sales at first..Ticketing...Master??
hmmm...then I am in charge of the license application..
and...many many more...wow...its my favorite..
running around..to apply this and that..
after all..I have missed so much time for my playing..
Here comes a great buddy when my first flute was sucks..
I met this guy in Facebook..I saw him..I know he is from St Michael..
But...never talked before..until that day..
I was very grateful that he joined KVWO..
He is Lim Jian Wei..thank you buddy..
Since he joined..I was like getting more confidence on playing..
Still..Sir start scolding because the flutes' sound are so poor..
haih..I also don't know how to solve the problems..
Clarinet did their weekly extra section practice..
We did also..maybe we used wrong method..
but nevermind..I am happy because we are like one family..
Ken and Yen Fen...especially Yen Fen...
She is a beautiful lady.. I like to tease her so much...
About "Fei Gong"..its secret between us..
You know what? Nothing in the world is perfect..
I started to learn more on this in so much of experience I passed..
My opinion is we need to make it nearly perfect..
But don't feel sad when it isn''t..
Think another way..maybe its so much better than bad..
A trust between everyone in society is a very important things..
No one always right or always wrong..
Yea...actually these words are all to me..
I have grown up one year again..
Into the last week of preparation..
All the people started to be so nervous and excited..
Oh ya..we must also thank Creative Music Academy..
The boss.. Miss Daphne Chin was so kind to provide such a great place...
for the orchestra weekly rehearsal..
The hall is being decorated on 30th July..
Everything has done...the seats and the music stands for musician..
Our final rehearsal with all the guest players and featuring artist..
We have so many nice featuring artist..
For example Verena Koay, the famous prodigy violinist from Penang..
She is 11 years old.. she can play violin so well..
At that night, she played Jasmine Flower and Czardas..
We have Japanese Drums and Indian Bamboo Flute..Tabla..and so on..
wow..it will definately be a very nice concert in the next day night..
That was what i thought of the day before..

Today is 09-08...Two years before...Sam Tet Brass Band has grabbed the 1st Runner Up in the Malaysian Secondary School Marching Band Competition 2009. Two years but still deep memories.. I love the band..
